C\/M Alex D. Tan, Subject Area Head for BSMT presented the paper entitled \u201cTeaching Performance of Marine Deck Instructors: Exploring Opportunities for Improvement on Pedagogy\u201d which she co-authored with Mrs. Joanna S. Gudio, Subject Area Head for Filipino, Social Sciences and Humanities. Another paper entitled \u201cSimulation Skills of BSMT 3 Students on Shiphandling and Maneuvering\u201d was presented by 2\/M Hendrickson E. Dioko, a paper he authored with Capt. Cesar Jolito and C\/M Nestor B. Sapar. All three of them are deck instructors of the College of Maritime Education.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1026\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1026\" style=\"width: 325px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1026\" src=\"https:\/\/research.jblfmu.edu.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Faculty-and-staff-presenters-face-the-panel-at-2016-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"325\" height=\"418\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1026\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">2\/M Hendrickson E. Baylon; \u201cHousehold Disaster Preparedness &amp; Practices at John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation-Bacolod\u2019s\u00a0Adopted Communities\u201d by Dr. Violeta A. Neri; \u201cEvaluation of Lighting Illumination in Different Work Areas of JBLCF-Bacolod\u201d by Engr. Ruby S. Oro and Engr. Ritchie J. Navarro; \u201cLevel of Academic Performance in Nat. Sci. 2 (Applied Physics) of BSMT 1-Polaris A Students Using the Collaborative Inquiry Approach (CIA)\u201d by Mr. Brando P.\u00a0 Montero; \u201cPerformance of the Supreme Student Government as Perceived by the Internal Stakeholders of JBLCF-Bacolod\u201d by Mrs. Jarebeth M. Bangoy; \u201cA Tracer Study on the BSCA Graduates of John B. Lacson Colleges Foundation-Bacolod\u201d by Ms. Ruth B. Balajadia; and \u201cTracer Study on Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (BSHRM)\u201d by Mrs. Darlene D. Menes of La Consolacion College-Bacolod, Dr. Annabelle A. Chavez of the University of St. La Salle, and Dr. Melchor M. Magramo, Research Director for Research and Extension of JBLFMU<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>To meet the quality standards fit for presentation and publication, external experts were invited to review and critique the papers that were presented. These experts were Dr. Annabelle A. Chavez of the University of St. La Salle and Dr. Carmen C. Menes of La Consolacion College-Bacolod. Dr. Melchor M. Magramo, Research Director for Research and Extension of JBLFMU also graced the event.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1028\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1028\" style=\"width: 463px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-1028\" src=\"https:\/\/research.jblfmu.edu.ph\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/Faculty-and-staff-presenters-face-the-panel-at-2016-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"463\" height=\"297\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1028\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Mr. Robert O. Parcia, OIC Administrator and Dr. Emeliza T. Estimo, Research Coordinator, with Mr. Efren S. Sucaldito, Education Supervisor II, CHED-NIR<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Mr. Efren S. Sucaldito<strong>, <\/strong>Education Supervisor II, CHED-NIR delivered the keynote speech which gave emphasis on the importance of institutional research in facilitating quality education in the academe. Mr. Robert O.
