Among the four representatives of JBLFMU were 2\/O Nestor Herpacio Jr., OBTO Supervisor of JBLCF-Bacolod, and D\/C Kirby Ofianga, a Misuga cadet who presented their papers at the IAMUC and IAMUS, respectively.
